What we offer
Pelvic and Perinatal Health
We specialize in helping people of all genders with bowel, bladder and sexual health concerns. These include urinary incontinence and urgency, constipation, bowel incontinence, pelvic pain and painful sexual activity as well as gender-affirming care
We work with women throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period to address pregnancy related musculoskeletal and pelvic floor problems, prepare for labor and delivery and help the body heal and strengthen post partum.
Orthopedic PT
Our physical therapists provide expert care in helping to determine the underlying cause of your orthopedic pain or limitation, and use a whole body approach to improving conditions such as neck, back, hip, knee and ankle pain among others
With advanced training in orthopedic manual therapy, we use hands-on techniques and specific exercise and movement strategies to help you reach your goals
Manual Therapy for Infant Feeding
Whether your are breast or bottle feeding, tightness in your baby’s neck, back, belly and jaw may be impacting their ability to feed, resulting in pain, gas and disturbed sleep. Babies can have tightness for many reasons, including their position in utero or undergoing a traumatic birth. Being evaluated by a lactation consultant should always be your first line of treatment for feeding issues (ask us for recommendations for local IBCLC’s!), but manual therapy and stretching with our physical therapists can be a great addition to your care, addressing these musculoskeletal factors to improve feeding and helping to restore calmness to the whole family.
Where we treat
We are thrilled to now be able to offer in-clinic services at our beautiful space in North Chatham! Our clinic is located within Sol Spa and we get to treat alongside other great health and wellness professionals in that beautiful space.
We can also come to your home! Serving clients in the towns of Eastham, Orleans, Chatham, Harwich, Brewster, Dennis, Yarmouth and Barnstable.
Please note that during the summer season (June - September) a travel fee will apply for all home visits, based on milage from our North Chatham clinic. Contact us for more information.
Live outside of our treatment area? Contact us to schedule a virtual session! We provide virtual visits to patients and clients anywhere in the state of Massachusetts.
Pricing
We are out of network with all insurance companies. This allows us to provide hour-long, one-on-one treatments without quality and quantity of care being dictated by insurance companies. Upon request, we provide a super-bill which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Check with your insurance company to see if you have out of network benefits. Payment is due at the time of service and fees are as follows:
Initial Evaluation and Treatment (1.5 hours): $175
Follow-up Treatment Sessions (1 hour): $150
