Dr. Caitlin Geary and Dr. Christina Lee first met while working as physical therapist colleagues and quickly developed a mutual respect for one another’s clinical skills and patient care philosophies. While they specialized in treating different populations and conditions, they quickly became each others’ “right- hand woman” to discuss complex cases, brainstorm ideas, and solve clinical problems.

Out of these many clinical discussions, the idea for Uplift Physical Therapy and Wellness, PLLC was born. Frustrated by the limitations of a traditional insurance based model which does not allow for comprehensive and holistic care, they dreamt of running a practice where each patient was at the center of their own care.

Furthermore, they decided that of all the amazing people on Cape Cod, birthing and postpartum parents and their babies are in particular need of this innovative care model. High quality maternal and infant health are crucial for a healthy and happy community, and they wanted to join the inspiring community of maternal and infant caregivers on the Cape. While they enjoy working with every member of the family, they decided to dedicate extra education, expertise and resources to serving moms and babies.
