Our Mission

At Uplift Physical Therapy and Wellness we hear stories every day from patients who have seen many healthcare providers trying to find a solution to their pain. They tell us that nothing they have tried has worked to truly help them feel better and reach their goals. We are different. We listen to you and look at the whole person- from head to toe and everything in between- to get at the root cause of your problem. Only then can we create a treatment plan that is unique to your needs and tailor-made for you.

Our mission is to provide compassionate, holistic and personalized care that addresses the unique needs of each client. Together, we aim to enhance quality of life, restore function, and inspire confidence on the journey to wellness.

“Our family has so much love for Christina and Uplift PT! She provided impeccable care, education and improvement for both myself (back pain and labor prep during pregnancy and PP) as well as our newborn daughter(tongue/lip tie journey). We felt such complete trust in her able hands during these most vulnerable of times… She is truly a special practitioner and person that the Cape is lucky to have”
